Российское кино будут показывать принудительно, но дешевле

Российское кино в российских кинотеатрах предлагают показывать принудительно - не менее 20%, а иностранные фильмы сделать дороже, на сумму НДС.
Сейчас НДС не платится ни с каких билетов в кино. Законопроект внёс депутат от "Единой России" Сергей Железняк. Кинотеатры, которые будут показывать менее 20% российских фильмов, предлагается штрафовать - для этого в Кодекс об административных правонарушениях внесут поправку в статью 149.

Хотя инициатива должна "поддержать" отечественное кино, она, заодно, констатирует его ущербность. Ввести квоту-минимум на показ российских фильмов предлагал ранее и министр культуры Владимир Мединский.

В пояснительной записке к законопроекту говорится, что доля сборов в кинотеатрах с российских фильмов в России в 2012 году составила около 13%. Доля сборов, а не доля показов. Как увеличением показов повысить интерес зрителей, законопроект не указывает. В США принято называть законы разными аббревиатурами и именами, например, "Акт Магнитского", "Digital Millenium Copyright Act". Предлагаю законопроект единоросса назвать "Акт Кино-говно".
